二級研究員、博士生導師，中國科學院科學數(shù)據(jù)總中心主任，大數(shù)據(jù)分析系統(tǒng)國家工程研究中心副主任，中國信息協(xié)會科學數(shù)據(jù)專委會主任，中國檔案學會科技檔案與科學數(shù)據(jù)管理專委會副主任，承擔國家發(fā)改委重大專項、國家重點研發(fā)計劃項目、國家自然科學基金重點項目、國家自然科學基金重大研究計劃重點支持項目等20多項重要科研任務。授權(quán)發(fā)明專利50多項，獲國際/國家標準10項；出版專著5本；在Cell Research、National Science Review、IEEE TKDE、KDD等國際著名期刊和會議發(fā)表論文150多篇，獲2023年度中國科學院優(yōu)秀教師稱號，培養(yǎng)學生曾獲中國科學院院長特別獎（2023）、中國科學院院長優(yōu)秀獎（2021，2024）、中國政府優(yōu)秀來華留學生（2020）等榮譽。
